Benefits of the ELEMENT Home Trade Program
The ELEMENT HOME Trade Program gives interior designers and qualified design professionals access to exclusive trade pricing, more than 30 contemporary furniture and home design brands, original fine art, and knowledgeable support from a team that understands the details behind every collection. From our curated showroom in Cherry Creek North to projects across the country, we make it easier for trade partners to source distinctive products, navigate customization, and manage the details from selection through delivery.
Exclusive Trade Pricing on Luxury Furniture
ELEMENT HOME trade clients receive preferred designer pricing across more than 30 luxury furniture and home furnishings brands. Our trade pricing is designed to provide exceptional value for qualified design professionals while giving them access to a carefully curated mix of manufacturers from the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Unlike navigating multiple showrooms or sourcing each manufacturer independently, designers can explore numerous brands through a single resource. Our collection includes names such as AMISCO, BDI, Bontempi, Calligaris, Copeland, Dellarobbia, Elite Modern, Glassisimo, Himolla, Huppé, Lazar, Thayer Coggin, Trica, and more.
Trade partners also benefit from complimentary receiving and inspection at our local receiver, along with support coordinating white-glove delivery and nationwide logistics.
More Design Possibilities in One Place
The ELEMENT HOME showroom is intentionally curated to make sourcing more efficient. Trade professionals can explore contemporary furniture, lighting, rugs, décor, original art, and customizable pieces without spending valuable project time moving between multiple resources.
Our team can help you navigate extensive fabric, leather, finish, material, configuration, and COM options available through our manufacturers. Whether you know exactly what a project requires or would like help identifying possibilities, our product knowledge can make the sourcing and specification process easier.
The result is greater creative flexibility and a more streamlined way to complete an entire room or home.
Personalized Trade Support
Every project is different, which is why our level of involvement adapts to the way you prefer to work.
Some designers come to ELEMENT HOME knowing precisely which product, configuration, and finish they need. Others collaborate with our team throughout the selection process. We can assist with product sourcing, customization, fabric and finish samples, sales materials, and even floor planning when needed.
Once selections have been made, our team can continue supporting the project through ordering, shipment, receiving, and delivery coordination.
Our goal is simple: to be a resource that helps you look even better to your client.
Trade Support in Denver and Nationwide
ELEMENT HOME is located in Cherry Creek North, one of Denver’s premier destinations for design, shopping, dining, art, and luxury living. However, designers do not need to be located in Denver, or even visit our showroom, to work with us.
We regularly collaborate with designers and clients throughout the country. Product research, selections, customization, and project coordination can be managed by phone and email when appropriate. Designers may also send clients to our Cherry Creek showroom to experience furniture firsthand while maintaining the trade relationship through their design business.
We can coordinate nationwide shipping and work with receiving and white-glove delivery resources to help products reach their final destination.
Access to the ELEMENT Home Art Gallery
One of the most distinctive benefits of the ELEMENT HOME Trade Program is access to our contemporary fine art gallery.
Our collection features nearly 100 original works, including stretched and unstretched canvases, original paintings on paper, and metal, ceramic, glass, and bronze sculptures. Trade partners receive 10% off fine art, making it easier to incorporate original artwork into residential design projects.
Our Fine Art Consultants can assist you and your clients in exploring artwork, understanding an artist’s story and technique, and narrowing selections. Under qualifying arrangements, trade designers may also bring artwork into a client’s home to experience pieces within the actual space before making a final selection.
Select artists may accept commissions as well. In those situations, ELEMENT HOME coordinates between the artist, designer, and client to establish the appropriate commission parameters.
Who Can Join the ELEMENT Home Trade Program?
The program is primarily designed for interior designers and decorators, as well as qualifying architects and interior architecture professionals.
Applicants are asked to provide professional credentials, including a current resale tax certificate. Additional materials, such as a business website or design portfolio, may also help establish professional trade status. ASID accreditation is not required.
There is no membership fee, minimum purchase, or ongoing ordering requirement to maintain a trade account.
Getting Started Is Simple
Design professionals can apply for the ELEMENT HOME Trade Program by completing the registration form on our website, contacting us by email, or calling our Cherry Creek showroom.
Once registration and credentials have been reviewed, qualified designers can begin placing orders immediately. To receive trade pricing, purchases are placed under the designer’s business rather than directly under the end client’s name. Client contact and delivery information can still be included so products are routed appropriately.
A Better Resource for Your Next Design Project
The ELEMENT HOME Trade Program combines the convenience of a curated, multi-brand showroom with the service and product expertise of an experienced design team. Instead of spending hours navigating separate resources, designers can source luxury furniture, lighting, rugs, décor, customizable products, and original contemporary art through one trusted partner.
Whether you need a single statement piece or are furnishing an entire residence, our team can step in wherever you need us, or stay out of the way when you already know exactly what you want.
